Villages Water Supply System, Inc. (VWSSI) is the primary water utility company of Hausland Holdings, Inc. (HHI), providing reliable and sustainable water supply services to residential communities developed by Hausland Development Corporation (HLDC) and Fiesta Communities Inc (FCI) across North and Central Luzon.
Established in 1996, VWSSI began as the water service provider for a single residential community in Pangasinan. Since then, the Company has steadily expanded its operations beyond residential developments of Hausland Development Corporation (HLDC) and Fiesta Communities Inc. (FCI) to include municipal water supply services for the municipalities of San Fabian, Pangasinan and Abucay, Bataan. Complementing these operations, VWSSI also supplies bulk water to partner water utilities, further strengthening regional water security and extending the benefits of safe, reliable, and sustainable water services to more communities.
Villages Water Supply System Inc. (VWSSI) started out as community water supply system in 1996 at Villa Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan. In almost 30 years of honoring our commitment to provide safe, sufficient and affordable water, we have expanded our resources to North and Central Luzon. We are always motivated by our desire to enhance the services we provide through technical innovations, viable and efficient operations. As the world is changing and currently experiencing climate change, the demand for safe and sufficient water supply is inevitable. We must respond swiftly to these challenges by protecting our environment upholding social responsibility.
At VWSSI, we will further strengthen and enhance our management capabilities to take on the challenge securing clean water for every Filipino family.

The Chief Executive Officer monitors the general operations and performance of the organization.
The Vice President for the Commercial Department is responsible for the financial, operations and customer relations management.
The Human Resource and Administrative Services facilitates the delivery of the corporate strategic objectives and VWSSI's core business.
The Finance and Accounting Division handles the company's financial resources and ensures high returns.
Information Technology Administration supports the system by providing information through technical and network activities.
Procurement Section is responsible for providing value for money purchase and supply services/
Operations Division is reliable in securing the work performance of water facilities in all project sites of the company
The Technical Department is responsible for planning, design, operation and maintenance of the water supply system.
The Production Division worked closely with the Planning Division for Construction and maintenance of water facilities per project sites.
